The history of our products began in the heart of Europe.

Our company was founded in the 1970s thanks to the great experience the founders had gained in the 

artisanal gelato production. The underlying idea was that of offering gelato makers a wide range of products to make a success of artisanal quality ice cream. Over the years, the product lines have constantly been enriched and they now include: powder bases (for Italian gelato, industrial and semiindustrial ice-cream, soft serve; bases for slush machines and multipurpose continuous churning batch 

freezers), liquid and semisolid concentrated flavouring pastes available in many milk and fruit flavours, “variegato” pastes, decorative sauces and toppings.

For several decades now we have been operating as a reliable supplier for national as well as 

international clients in Europe, the U.S.A., Africa and Asia. We offer professional and smooth service

and a favourable price-performance ratio.

Our fully-equipped plant and our modern warehouse are regularly reviewed to suit production and
